Eva Mendes is both an actor as well as a model. She was spotted by a talent agent who was impressed by her talents and urged her to consider an occupation in the field of entertainment. After a lot of consideration she decided to drop out of university to enter the world of entertainment. Her disappointment was by the role she played in the film Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. She was determined to perfect her acting talents and performed in several low-budget films to demonstrate her talents. While it wasn't the most straightforward path to take however, her determination and dedication to her craft were well-rewarded. Following her incredible performance in Training Day that her acting began to flourish. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast and Furious, Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
