Eva Mendes is an American model and actor. Eva Mendes was discovered by a talent agency that noticed her potential. They convinced her she should pursue a job in the entertainment sector. After much deliberation she decided to drop out of school and begin a career as entertainer. In the film "Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror", she was the first actress to make her debut but was not pleased by the outcome. She worked hard to hone her acting talents and appeared in a number of low-budget films to demonstrate her talents. The actress had a tough road, but received a reward for her perseverance and determination. She received recognition fame and high praise for her performance in the movie Training Day after which her acting career took off. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast 2 Furious Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
